Privacy

What we collect

• To enroll: your name, email, optional phone number, your program and coach choices, and (for Wedding Ready) your partner’s name and email so we can invite them.
• In the app, after you sign up: the health questionnaire, goals, check-ins, progress photos, nutrition, and training information you choose to share with your coach.
• Payments: card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout and never reach our servers. We keep a record of what you paid and when.
• Site analytics: an anonymous visitor ID and which campaign or site sent you (for example, an Instagram or Google link), used only to understand which pages and programs people look at.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your personal information.
• We don’t send your health questionnaire, body measurements, photos, or coaching goals to advertising platforms, and they never appear in website addresses or analytics.

Who can see your information

Your coach and authorized Upstate Coaching administrators can see the coaching information you share in the app. Progress photos are stored privately and are only shown to you and your coaching team.
