If after your first month you don’t feel confident that our coaching can help you reach your goals, request a full refund of your first month’s coaching payment. No questions asked.

  • Request it by messaging your coach in the app before your second monthly payment is charged.
  • We refund your first month’s coaching payment in full.
  • For a successful claim, any remaining installments are canceled and your commitment ends without a penalty.

90-Day Goal Guarantee

If either partner doesn’t meet the goals we agree on at onboarding by day 90, we’ll refund the full program price.

  • Goals for each partner are agreed together and recorded during onboarding.
  • If either partner hasn’t met those agreed goals by day 90, request a refund of the full program price.
  • The guarantee is tied to the goals we agree on together - not to a specific weight, clothing size, or appearance.

Everyday Health

  • Month-to-month: $149 charged today, then $149 on the same day each month. No minimum commitment. Cancel anytime - cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for.
  • 3-month commitment: $129 charged today, then $129 each month for 3 payments in total ($387 total obligation). This is a 3-month commitment billed monthly - it can't be canceled before the commitment ends, except through the guarantee below. After your 3 payments, coaching continues month-to-month at $129/month until you cancel. We’ll email you before your commitment ends so you can decide whether to continue.
  • 6-month commitment: $109 charged today, then $109 each month for 6 payments in total ($654 total obligation). This is a 6-month commitment billed monthly - it can't be canceled before the commitment ends, except through the guarantee below. After your 6 payments, coaching continues month-to-month at $109/month until you cancel. We’ll email you before your commitment ends so you can decide whether to continue.
  • 12-month commitment: $99 charged today, then $99 each month for 12 payments in total ($1,188 total obligation). Wedding Ready

  • 90-day program: $433 per couple charged today, then $433 each month for 3 payments in total ($1,299 total obligation). This is a 3-month commitment billed monthly - it can't be canceled before the commitment ends, except through the guarantee below. Billing stops automatically after the third payment. Nothing renews unless you choose to continue.

Premium Coaching

  • Monthly: $249 charged today, then $249 on the same day each month. No minimum commitment. Cancel anytime - cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for.

Payments

Enrollments are paid by card through Stripe and bill automatically each month. Clients who enrolled earlier and still pay by app transfer keep that arrangement until they switch to card from their Billing page; for those payments, a request, screenshot, or link click is not treated as a completed payment until we confirm it arrived.
